• Mailing or billing address
• Profile information including professional bio, specialisations, and service rates
• Portfolio materials, showreels, and work samples
• Professional credentials, certifications, and references
• Payment and billing information (processed securely — see Payment Data below)
• Communications with other users and with AVT support
• Reviews, ratings, and feedback submitted on the platform

AVT does not sell, rent, or lease your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

• Other platform users — when a professional submits a proposal, their profile information is shared with the relevant client. When a client posts a job, their general requirements are visible to professionals.
• Legal authorities — when required by law, regulation, court order, or governmental request, or when necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of AVT or its users.
• Business transfers — in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, user data may be transferred as part of that transaction. You will be notified via email and/or a prominent notice on the platform.

Payment Data

AVT uses industry-standard third-party payment processors to handle all billing and financial transactions. Your full payment card details are never stored on AVT's servers. All payment data is encrypted in transit using SSL/TLS and handled in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.

AVT retains records of transaction amounts, dates, and parties for accounting, dispute resolution, and legal compliance purposes.

Professional Credential Verification

As part of the talent onboarding process, AVT may verify the professional credentials, certifications, and identity documents submitted by professionals. This process may involve sharing relevant information with authorised third-party verification providers. By creating a professional profile you consent to this verification process.

Verification status is displayed on professional profiles to assist clients in making informed hiring decisions.

Automatically Collected Information

AVT automatically collects certain technical information when you use the platform, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, and pages visited. This information is used to operate and maintain the platform, diagnose technical issues, and analyse usage trends. It is not used to identify you personally unless combined with other information you have provided.

Use of Cookies

The AVT platform uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to personalise your experience and keep you logged in between sessions. Cookies are small text files placed on your device by your browser and cannot execute programmes or deliver viruses.

Children Under Thirteen

AVT does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you are under 13 you must not use this platform. If you are between 13 and 18 you may only use this platform with the permission of a parent or guardian.

International Users

AVT is operated from within the United States. If you access the platform from outside the US, your data may be transferred to and processed in the US.
